[Remote] Program Manager, NPI (Remote)

They are seeking a Program Manager to own the execution of individual New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project alignment and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the full NPI launch lifecycle from intake through post-launch review, including project planning and reputed company tracking for reputed company reputed company effort
• Facilitate recurring NPI ceremonies to reputed company launches on reputed company, cross-functional workstreams reputed company, and launch readiness confirmed before Go/No-Go reputed company
• Own the reputed company item and decision log out of reputed company session, and reputed company closure on reputed company items and approvals between sessions
• Coordinate with functional leads across Marketing, reputed company, CX, Engineering, and Sales Enablement to reputed company reputed company reputed company and surface risks early
• Aggregate post-launch metrics for NPI monitoring
• Build and maintain executive-facing status reports on a regular reputed company
• Proactively identify and escalate risks and blockers, keeping launches moving without requiring reputed company management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of program management experience in a reputed company or B2B environment
• Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product launch, go-to-market, or commercialization programs end to end
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including Marketing, reputed company, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Sales
• Strong project planning skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company programs at varying reputed company of complexity
• Familiarity with project management or program tracking tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company information for different audiences
• Experience preparing and delivering executive or leadership-facing status reports and communication
• Project management certification
