[Remote] Business Development Manager

This role focuses on Account Based Selling strategies, requiring the candidate to manage teams and drive reputed company through innovative approaches while ensuring collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with VP of Business Development to create and implement account based selling strategies tailored to high-value accounts in both software and service sectors of our business
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to design personalized marketing campaigns
• Apply Outbound Best Practices to create cadences that include calls, email, meeting invites, reputed company connect, etc
• Lead and manage reputed company of business development professionals, providing coaching and support
• Analyze ABM campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations for reputed company improvement
• Create, manage and maintain team performance dashboards
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field
• Extensive experience in business development and account management, particularly reputed company the reputed company industry
