Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Facilities, Legal, and other functions to reputed company and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand reputed company pain points and desired reputed company
  • Translate business needs into reputed company, concise user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure solution alignment

Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with UX principles and service design a plus
