[Remote] Medicare Sales Agent- Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese (Temporary)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a reputed company-party insurance services provider that partners with Medicare health plans, and they are seeking a motivated and skilled Medicare Sales Agent to join their team for the Annual Enrollment Period. This temporary role involves working assigned leads through inbound and/or outbound calls, primarily focusing on Medicare Advantage sales while maintaining flexibility to work various shifts during the enrollment period.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Medicare and their health plan reputed company so they can choose what works best for them
• Talk with customers inbound and/or outbound calls to answer questions and explain plan details
• Handle sales and support calls, giving reputed company and correct information
• Meet your sales goals and follow reputed company company and Medicare (CMS) rules
• Build friendly and reputed company relationships with customers during reputed company call
• Work reputed company with your team, supervisors, and trainers and communicate respectfully
• Stay interested in growing your sales skills and learning more about the products you sell
• Complete other tasks as needed to support reputed company and program

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year Medicare experience required
• reputed company Health and Life Insurance license required
• Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Prior sales or customer service skills preferred
