Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class internal controls reputed company
• Serving as reputed company's foremost subject matter expert on Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)

Skills

• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company or audit experience
• 6–8 years of dedicated SOX program management responsibility

• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, COSO reputed company, SEC rules, and PCAOB standards
• Expertise in evaluating ITGCs, automated application controls, and reputed company implementations
