[Remote] Sr. LoanIQ Business analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in reputed company lending operations, particularly with Syndicated loans (LoanIQ) and Bilateral Loans (AFS reputed company), to support a strategic banking transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will partner with business operations stakeholders to understand reputed company processes, reputed company requirements, and create high-reputed company documentation while driving initiatives reputed company proactively.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Loan Operations and Business stakeholders to understand reputed company-state processes and operational pain points
• reputed company requirements gathering and documentation for:
• Loan booking
• Loan closing
• Renewals and amendments
• Operational servicing workflows
• Work closely with technology teams on API integration initiatives involving LoanIQ, AFS, and reputed company systems
• Create and maintain:
• Business requirements documents (BRDs)
• Functional specifications
• Process flows
• User stories and acceptance reputed company
• Facilitate workshops and drive discussions across operations, business, and technology teams
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help drive operational efficiency
• Support UAT, testing coordination, and production readiness activities
• Act as a reputed company between business operations and technical delivery teams

Skills

• 10-12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst reputed company reputed company Banking
• Strong hands-on experience with LoanIQ (Syndicated Loans)
• AFS reputed company (Bilateral Loans)
• Deep understanding of Loan booking
• Loan closing
• Renewals and servicing operations
• Experience supporting API integration reputed company reputed company banking environments
• Strong experience working directly with Business Operations teams
• Excellent documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to proactively drive requirements and delivery discussions
• Experience supporting reputed company lending transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and JIRA
• Exposure to syndicated lending or reputed company reputed company loan products
• Experience working in hybrid business/technology environments
