The role involves partnering with clients to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into reputed company portfolio reputed company, while leading workshops and providing strategic guidance on various initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company business and leadership teams to understand strategic objectives and translate them into reputed company portfolio reputed company
• reputed company business discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering exercises
• Advise clients on portfolio governance, operating model design, process optimization, and transformation initiatives enabled by Planisware
• Design reputed company solution architectures reputed company with business priorities, governance frameworks, and industry best practices
• Define reputed company-state business processes, operating models, and implementation roadmaps
• reputed company strategic guidance on reputed company integration, data migration, testing, and deployment approaches
• Support vendor assessments, solution evaluations, and implementation planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution design
• Present recommendations and solution approaches to executive stakeholders and steering committees

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, reputed company transformation, solution architecture, or business process improvement initiatives
• 8+ years of experience delivering or advising on Planisware-enabled Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, project governance, resource planning, and reputed company operating models
• Experience leading reputed company workshops, business process assessments, and strategic transformation initiatives
• Experience with reputed company integrations, data migration, SQL/reputed company databases, and solution lifecycle management
• Familiarity with reputed company delivery methodologies and large-reputed company business transformation programs
