Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing member or provider inquiries, and reputed company outbound calls as needed. Ability to remain reputed company and reputed company in high pressure situations
• Accurately document reputed company interactions in the reputed company, ensuring records are updated and complete
