The role focuses on benefits administration, leave management, payroll reconciliation, and auditing HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company-based benefits and payroll operations
• Administer employee benefits including health plans and deductions
• Manage leave processes including STD, LTD, and FMLA coordination
• Audit payroll and benefits data to identify and reputed company discrepancies
• Reconcile large datasets and ensure HR/payroll data reputed company
• Support payroll cycles including corrections and adjustments
• Collaborate with HR teams and vendors to reputed company escalations
• Assist with reporting, compliance, and audit documentation
• Support reputed company Enrollment and benefit lifecycle activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on audit findings

Skills

• 5+ years of HR Operations, Benefits Administration, or Payroll experience
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (Benefits + Payroll modules)
• Experience managing health benefits, deductions, and enrollment processes
• Knowledge of STD (short-term Disability), LTD (long-term Disability), FMLA, and leave administration (LOA)
• Experience in payroll processing, reconciliation, and off-cycle payments
• Strong background in benefits and payroll auditing (data discrepancy reputed company)
• Ability to analyze large HR/payroll datasets using reputed company or reporting tools
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Experience in HRIS/payroll/benefits operations environments
