[Remote] Senior Peoplesoft Consultant

They are seeking a highly reputed company Systems Analyst 3 to support the reputed company HR/Payroll (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) environment, providing advanced functional and technical support for HR/PY applications.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Level 2 production support for reputed company HR/PY applications
• Troubleshoot reputed company PeopleSoft HCM issues and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
• Support Workforce Administration, Payroll reputed company, Commitment reputed company, Time & Labor, TAM/CG, and HR reputed company
• reputed company ERP configuration changes and functional design activities
• Work with Integration Broker, App Designer, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher, and reputed company PeopleSoft tools
• Support batch jobs, RMJ processes, and reputed company monitoring activities
• Manage incidents, escalations, and coordination with Tier 3 vendors
• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Major Incident Management (MIM) activities
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, NIST standards, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements

• Coordinate Fiscal Year-End processes and statewide HR/PY support activities

• 14+ Years of Experience Mandatory
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience

• Experience supporting Tier 2 production support environments
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills

• Experience supporting CPA legacy statewide financial systems
• Prior Texas reputed company sector ERP support experience
• Experience with executive-level reporting and audit support
