The role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities while collaborating with business and technical teams to reputed company efficient workforce reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support reputed company Reflexis WFM modules including Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Labor Forecasting
• reputed company business requirements and translate them into reputed company configurations and process improvements
• Troubleshoot application issues and reputed company production support
• Support integrations with HR, Payroll, POS, and ERP systems

• Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and user training

Skills
