Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The MJ Companies is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant to drive sales and services for employee benefits solutions. The role involves consulting with clients, building relationships, and utilizing resources to exceed reputed company expectations while also mentoring new producers.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand business needs and objectives; identify and qualify potential sales opportunities; create and execute reputed company independently driving consistent results
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of customer industry including terminology, technology trends, challenges and government regulations; demonstrate ability to match reputed company insurance products to reputed company’s unique business needs
• Build and maintain relationships founded on trust with key decision makers or potential influencers; nurture relationships over longer sales cycle
• Effectively utilize reputed company resources reputed company department to exceed reputed company expectations; reputed company collaborate with resources reputed company department to maximize sales opportunities
• Represent company at trade association meetings, reputed company forums and industry gatherings
• Responsible for mentoring of ‘rookie’ producers
