Responsibilities

• Create a claims review process for ads, reputed company pages, emails, funnels, advertorials, upsells, testimonials, and health-reputed company copy

• Partner with customer support and operations to identify recurring refund, dispute, shipping, delivery, and customer-expectation issues before they become reputed company problems
