[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support high-volume invoice processing and ensure reputed company and accurate payment of obligations. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and reputed company partners to maintain strong financial controls and support overall reputed company operations.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy, reputed company coding, and reputed company entry into the reputed company reputed company
• reputed company three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts to verify completeness and accuracy
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, investigating and resolving discrepancies or missing documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to reputed company payment issues and respond to inquiries
• Maintain vendor records, including reputed company new vendors and verifying required documentation
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs (reputed company, ACH, or reputed company), ensuring reputed company approvals are obtained
• Monitor shared AP inbox and prioritize urgent items for reputed company
• Reconcile accounts payable and assist with month-end reputed company activities, including accruals and reporting
• Support audit requests, including providing documentation and schedules as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and increase efficiency

Skills

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles and financial processes
• Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
