The Staff Software Engineer is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and scaling reputed company systems that support reputed company’s reputed company products and operations, providing technical expertise and leading reputed company initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements reputed company, reliable, and secure software systems for reputed company reputed company platforms
• Leads technical architecture reputed company and reputed company long-term platform reputed company
• Provides technical leadership, reputed company reviews, and mentorship to engineers across teams
• Collaborates with Product, Design, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Identifies and reduces technical debt; improve reputed company performance, observability, and reliability
• Establishes and upholds engineering best practices, standards, and documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or reputed company field OR equivalent reputed company experience
• 8+ years of reputed company software engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience designing and operating production-grade systems at reputed company
• Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns (modularity, event-driven systems, reputed company); reputed company-reputed company systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure); and data modeling, reputed company systems, and reputed company reliability principles
• Advanced proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., reputed company, Elixir, Python, Java, Go, or Node.js)
