[Remote] M&A Integration Project Manager

This role is responsible for translating deal reputed company into executable integration plans, ensuring Day 1 readiness, business continuity, and progression toward full reputed company integration.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end integration delivery for acquisitions from post-reputed company through integration
• Partner during diligence phase to assess operational impacts, risks, and integration requirements
• reputed company and execute integration plans, timelines, and milestones, including phased offering integration strategies
• Define and manage interim, transitional, and reputed company-state integration phases (e.g., Day 1 to phased rollout to full integration)
• reputed company Day 1 readiness, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and customer experience alignment
• Coordinate across GTM, Product, reputed company, reputed company, Support, and Engineering teams

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and decision points across integration activities

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, M&A integration, or reputed company operations delivery

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience in Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Customer Operations, or Product Support environments
• Familiarity with integration frameworks (e.g., Day 1 readiness, phased integration models)
• Experience working with global, matrixed organizations
• Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term reputed company solutions
