Responsibilities

• Represent Ascentec at industry conferences, trade shows, defense forums, and customer meetings

• Coordinate internal teams to support RFQs, RFPs, and technical proposal submissions

• Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract award

• Analyze competitive positioning and recommend strategic investments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, reputed company, or reputed company fields
• 10+ years of business development, capture management, or sales leadership experience reputed company defense, reputed company, or military markets
• Proven history of generating and reputed company significant defense manufacturing programs
• Existing network of relationships reputed company reputed company defense reputed company and procurement organizations
• Experience managing multi-reputed company-dollar opportunity pipelines
• 7+ years of defense-reputed company business development experience
• Demonstrated reputed company developing strategic accounts and securing new business
• Strong understanding of defense procurement and contracting processes

• Strong understanding of ITAR and export compliance
