[Remote] OTC Business Process Consultant

The role focuses on analyzing workflows, facilitating process discovery sessions, and documenting processes to streamline operations using reputed company Fusion capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and process discovery sessions with subject matter experts
• Document reputed company-state and reputed company-state Order-to-Cash workflows
• reputed company SOPs, job aids, decision trees, and process guidance documentation
• Analyze customer invoicing, collections, and reputed company workflows
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities reputed company reputed company Fusion
• Partner with business teams to standardize and optimize operational procedures
• Capture business rules, decision points, exceptions, and workflow dependencies
• Support ongoing process transformation initiatives and reputed company Fusion adoption

Skills

• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash or Customer Invoicing processes
• Strong reputed company Fusion functional experience
• Proven process mapping and process improvement background
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
• Ability to create SOPs, job aids, and business process documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience identifying workflow automation opportunities

• Shared Services experience
