[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

They are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to ensure smooth execution of the order lifecycle by managing processes from quote to cash and supporting contract workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, validation, and submission to ensure accurate and reputed company fulfillment
• Review sales orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance with approved terms and policies
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing, invoicing, and delivery
• Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and fulfillment delays with urgency and attention to detail
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders and sales teams
• Facilitate the review and processing of customer reputed company, quotes, and sales agreements
• Partner with reputed company and Sales teams to reputed company, reputed company, and manage contract approvals and revisions
• Ensure reputed company deal terms (pricing, discounts, terms & conditions) reputed company with company policies and approval frameworks
• Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and documentation storage

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–4+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, reputed company administration, customer operations, or reputed company reputed company support roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders at multiple organizational reputed company
