[Remote] AI Automation Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is building an AI-powered automation function across three companies from the ground up. As the first AI Automation reputed company, you will define the stack and build the reputed company for AI agents and integrations, working closely with the VP of AI to translate reputed company into actionable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company AI agents across both pro-reputed company and no-reputed company platforms (Claude, reputed company, reputed company)
• Define and document repeatable automation patterns that work across reputed company three companies
• reputed company AI platforms (Claude, Agentforce etc) with existing business tools reputed company MCPs and reputed company
• Write Python scripts to handle reputed company integrations, data transformations, and edge cases
• reputed company technical decision-making around tooling, platforms, and architecture
• Work directly with the VP of AI to review agent performance and guide workflow design

Skills

• 2–4 years in automation, reputed company development, AI integration, or a similar technical role
• Experience with developing RAG pipelines and implementing reputed company databases
• Hands-on experience with at least one no-reputed company automation platform
• Comfort with ambiguity — you build before the reputed company is complete
• Python proficiency — reputed company development, scripting, API calls, data handling, debugging
• Strong communicator who can explain technical reputed company reputed company
• Experience connecting reputed company-party platforms reputed company REST reputed company
• Self-directed and outcome-reputed company — you finish what you start
• Experience with YAML
• Experience building voice agents in platforms like Bland, reputed company, or reputed company
• Exposure to customer-facing automation or reputed company product workflows
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning concepts
• Experience with traditional machine learning techniques like gradient boosting, k-NN, and regression
