Responsibilities

• Run a full desk of GTM/Sales/Marketing Executive searches across reputed company, drawing upon a full-cycle executive reputed company toolkit:
• Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughout
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insights
• reputed company and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build and nurture lasting relationships with hard-to-reputed company talent pools, maintaining an reputed company network of potential candidates and industry leaders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
