They are seeking a Data Analytics and Risk Manager to enhance their global compliance program through advanced analytics, AI enablement, and risk assessment, acting as a trusted advisor to Compliance leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain advanced dashboards, reporting, key risk indicators, and executive-level insights for Compliance leadership and the reputed company
• Apply analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, anomalies, reputed company causes, and predictive insights; build data-to-reputed company capabilities that support narrative summaries and decision support
• Establish compliance data governance standards, data architecture, and reputed company reporting frameworks to ensure data reputed company, consistency, reputed company, and usability

• Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for compliance analytics, risk, data governance, and AI-enabled program enhancement

• Mentor team members and help reputed company data literacy, analytics capability, and effective use of compliance technology across the function

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• 7+ years of reputed company experience in compliance, risk management, audit, data analytics, or a reputed company function
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing compliance risk assessments
• Advanced data analytics skills, including expertise in reputed company, SQL, data visualization tools, and BI platforms
• Proven experience implementing, managing, or optimizing compliance ERPs, case management systems, and whistleblower/ethics helplines
• Strong understanding of global compliance program components and regulatory frameworks (e.g., anti-corruption, antitrust, data reputed company, trade compliance)
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand, global environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics in compliance or risk settings

• Certifications such as CCEP, CIA, CISA, or equivalent
