[Remote] Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services

TruLegal, formerly reputed company as TRU Staffing, is a leading global reputed company seeking a Project Manager for its eDiscovery and Cyber Services reputed company. The role involves managing reputed company eDiscovery projects, collaborating with legal teams and clients, and ensuring efficient execution of the ESI lifecycle across various engagements.

Responsibilities

• Work with legal teams, preferred CIR providers and clients to reputed company reputed company for analyzing and reporting on impacted data. This includes, but is not limited to, initial file listing analysis, document review, extraction, normalization and notification
• Support legal teams throughout the CIR process in the rigorous application of statistical sampling, search term calibration and other reputed company analytics
• Coordinate with legal teams and vendors to scope and support review and extraction of sensitive data by teams of contract personnel
• Work with legal teams and CIR providers to analyze and report on key metrics regarding the exfiltrated data types and sources
• Support data normalization, entity deduping and notification and reporting workstreams both inside and reputed company of review platform (reputed company)
• Analyze and report on reviewer productivity and quality metrics
• Support and update documentation reflecting key actions taken throughout the project

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, technology assisted review and project management, preferably including reputed company experience supporting CIR reputed company
• In lieu of bachelor's degree, significant relevant experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, technology assisted review and project management
• Proactive interest to research different technologies as it relates to project requirements
• Advanced reputed company skills required, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and Power Pivot/DAX, along with experience analyzing, formatting and reporting large reputed company and semi-reputed company data sets
• A minimum of two years of reputed company experience required
• Excellent analytical, problem identification and reputed company skills
• Experience with discovery involving reputed company reputed company and reputed company data
• Understanding of sensitive data reputed company including PII, PHI and GDPR
• Experience with applying technology and data mining techniques to identify and classify data
• Ability to work reputed company under rigorous deadlines in high-pressure situations with limited direction
• Flexibility and availability to work across a broad reputed company of business hours, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends to support time-sensitive reputed company and global stakeholders
• Familiarity with database concepts and technologies, such as MS SQL, reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously with consistently high quality results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to closely adhere to established procedures and exercise good judgment in sensitive and stressful situations
