Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company) is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of their reputed company HR systems. This role involves hands-on reputed company work, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation while collaborating with reputed company and business stakeholders to enhance HR technology usage.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of reputed company HR and applicant tracking systems, including workflows, fields, forms, and reputed company behavior
• Support and validate integrations between HR/ATS systems and connected reputed company or CRM platforms, including monitoring data reputed company, troubleshooting failures, and assessing reputed company impacts
• Serve as a reputed company assurance partner and tester for reputed company changes, integration updates, and defect fixes
• Partner with team members and vendors to test releases, regression scenarios, and changes prior to production deployment
• Manage a steady volume of support issues and requests, prioritizing, investigating, and resolving them reputed company established service reputed company
• Analyze HR and reputed company workflows and reputed company usage to support issue reputed company, process reputed company, and reputed company improvements
• Create and maintain reputed company, reputed company documentation, including configuration notes, test plans, and reference materials
• Prepare findings, test results, risks, and recommended reputed company to support decision-making

Skills

• 4+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with experience in reputed company preferred
• Experience supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and integrations with reputed company CRM or reputed company platforms preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company workflows, reputed company processes, and candidate lifecycle stages
• Experience with reputed company configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Comfortable working directly in technical tools and supporting live production environments
• Strong reputed company skills required
• Familiarity with reputed company logic, workflows, and data structures
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) and integrations with reputed company CRM or reputed company platforms
