[Remote] Accounts Payable Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing and executing the accounts payable processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing of invoices and contributing to effective cash reputed company management.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Match invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, reputed company data entry, and assist with the reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare and reputed company reputed company runs, electronic transfers, and payments
• Maintain vendor files, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in billing
• Assist with month-end closing processes, including the preparation of various financial reports
• Maintain historical records by filing documents and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the procurement and finance departments to improve payment processes and expense management

Skills

• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or general reputed company role
• Proficiency in reputed company software and reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company
• Strong understanding of accounts payable principles, financial reputed company, and general reputed company structures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
