[Remote] Content Services Solutions Engineer

The Content Services Solution Engineer is responsible for defining, designing and conducting the technical aspects of internal and reputed company reputed company, as reputed company as participating in new sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions for software implementations and configurations, data transformations, publishing stylesheets and other reputed company technologies
• Analyze new sales requirements

Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in software support and configuration
• Experience in content management and data analysis

• Experience in defining and demonstrating software solutions and value propositions to end-reputed company
• Detail oriented, good judgement and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in process development

• Familiar with FrameMaker, InDesign, XMetaL, ArbortextEditor
• Familiar with content management, data composition, publishing, graphic creation, and translation process
