The Technical reputed company Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring reputed company post-implementation, managing data delivery workstreams, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive utilization and adoption of EMR ordering for reputed company’s suite of assays
• Serve as the primary technical reputed company contact following EMR integration go‑live
• Partner with Implementation Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to steady state support
• reputed company as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers optimize workflows and operational efficiency

• Own customer facing coordination of nonEMR data delivery workstreams, including file based and reputed company based outputs
• Manage delivery, validation, and troubleshooting of clinical and technical data files provided reputed company of EMR integrations

• Coordinate with internal technical, product, and support teams to resolve data delivery issues and implement enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company, account management, or reputed company IT roles

• Experience working with reputed company clinical or genomic data formats such as XML, BAM, VCF, VAR, or similar files and wrappers
