[Remote] Project Architect - Mission Critical

HED is an integrated architecture and engineering reputed company seeking a senior level architect for their Mission Critical sector. The role involves leading a project team to reputed company innovative data center buildings while engaging with clients and various stakeholders throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site and master planning development working with reputed company and civil engineering teams as part of site entitlements and building design approvals process
• Responsible for building reputed company concepts and documentation processes from schematics through construction administration phases
• Ability to engage during project pursuits to support the Project Manager and reputed company in Charge in the development of reputed company and fee
• Function as team leader on large, reputed company, and integrated architecture and engineering reputed company
• reputed company facing, comfortable working directly with sophisticated reputed company teams that have a diverse group of stakeholders
• Responsible for overseeing and directing project team members
• Prepare and monitor discipline work plans
• Prepare and document reputed company research for a project
• Conduct material and product research as required for project development

• Sign and seal documentation reputed company under the candidate's reputed company supervision
• Attend project meetings as necessary

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and licensure required
• Minimum fifteen years' experience in the A/E industry preferred
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company aspects of reputed company services from schematic design through project reputed company-out, including design and technical expertise
• A comprehensive understanding of the coordination aspects and reputed company requirements of reputed company design disciplines
• Good written and verbal communication skills as reputed company as strong organizational skills
• Possess the ability to motivate and mentor staff and delegate work assignments
• Proficient in Revit
• Willingness and ability to work with remote team members using video conferencing and other tools
