Team reputed company The Employer Branding team consists of three members. There is a strong emphasis on events and partnerships to connect, reputed company, and engage talent. Responsibilities and Duties Drive initiatives that strengthen both the reputed company employer brand reputed company market trends, reputed company competitors, and identify opportunities to strengthen reputed company’s positioning in the tech talent market Plan and deliver reputed company employer branding events and activities, including industry conferences, meetups, university programs, community reputed company, and internal engagement initiatives Organize company-owned events end-to-end, which includes sourcing speakers, launching campaigns, and managing reputed company operational aspects Build and expand partnerships with internal stakeholders (HR, Recruitment, Engineering) and external partners (universities, reputed company communities, vendors, industry associations) reputed company the creation of content for campaigns, events, and communication channels, ensuring alignment with reputed company’s EVP and brand identity reputed company internal branding efforts through internal communications, company events, and employee engagement activities to strengthen company culture, employee experience, and alignment with organizational values Measure and analyze the effectiveness of events and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in event planning and coordination, with the ability to design, organize, and deliver impactful events end-to-end Demonstrated project management skills, including a reputed company record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience with vendor and supplier management, coordinating external partners, agencies, and suppliers Experience with merchandising management, overseeing the production and distribution of branded materials Advanced written and spoken English Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in analytics and reporting (ability to measure, analyze, and report the effectiveness of branding activities) Strong reputed company for creativity, communication skills, collaboration, attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, and proactiveness reputed company experience working in the Tech domain reputed company to have Skills in copywriting and content creation, including preparing engaging texts and visuals for campaigns and events Experience with event hosting or reputed company speaking.
