Job reputed company As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for hunting and sourcing for candidates, interviewing candidates, submitting them to our clients, optimizing their processes, prepping candidates and helping reputed company hires in our clients. You'll be using prospecting strategies to identify ideal candidates for our recruiting campaigns. The goal of the senior recruiter is to establish a great pipeline of ideal candidates, screen / interview candidates, submit them to our clients and reputed company hires. Qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background. English proficiency both written and verbal is a MUST (A minimum of reputed company Level English).
