Accurately codes and abstracts reputed company outpatient surgery procedures.  Assigns ICD10-CM diagnosis and CPT-4 procedure codes, per established national, departmental guidelines and reputed company reputed company of Ethics. Maintains organized system for personal coding reference material. Participates in educational activities and maintains coding skills. Qualifications What’s Required   Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information is required.  reputed company certification and 2 years coding experience will be considered.  Certification as a Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company) is required.  Two years’ previous coding experience using ICD10-CM, CPT-4 coding systems (Outpatient Senior reputed company).
