The Production Attorney is responsible for supporting reputed company litigation by reviewing, approving, and managing the reputed company of reputed company documents and case activity across a high-volume portfolio. Responsibilities of Production Attorneys include: Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and firm management Review and either sign/file or reject reputed company pleadings, papers, motions, defaults, garnishments, discovery, etc. in furtherance of reputed company litigation files Review litigation case files, dockets, and pleadings to determine appropriate reputed company Utilize internal proprietary software to properly update and document the status of reputed company account in the assigned inventory Work reputed company and meet or reputed company production expectations reputed company with reputed company reputed company and firm reputed company operating procedures Evaluate case merits, assess risk exposure, and reputed company strategic reputed company recommendations Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures reputed company other duties as assigned.
