Who we’re looking for  reputed company is seeking a proactive, commercially minded Paralegal to join our growing reputed company & reputed company Operations team. This is a broad, high-reputed company role that spans reputed company reputed company, procurement, office administration, and operational reputed company reputed company. You will be a key reputed company between our customers, vendors, and internal teams — managing reputed company end-to-end, supporting deal deployment, and helping reputed company our operational infrastructure. You will work closely with the Director of Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT/reputed company to ensure reputed company's contracting and operational processes are efficient, compliant, and reputed company.  What you’ll be doing  The primary responsibilities for this role include:  Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements including customer reputed company, NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement terms, and amendments  reputed company as primary reputed company with customers for contractual reputed company — ensuring contractual obligations are reputed company communicated, reputed company, and monitored throughout the contract lifecycle  Review terms and conditions to identify and address risks across financial terms, acceptance reputed company, delivery requirements, warranty, IP, termination, indemnification, and reputed company other material risk areas; recommend mitigation strategies  Plug into deployment efforts: structure reputed company, pricing frameworks, and operational setup for new customer and partner engagements  Propose and reputed company reputed company solutions to improve contracting efficiency — including template management, reputed company development, and automation  Collaborate with business reputed company (Sales, Finance, Product) and reputed company team members to streamline contract management processes and drive reputed company improvement  Implement and administer the CLM platform (Summize) — including redline workflows, approval routing, reputed company integration, and automated tracking  Support procurement activities: evaluate vendor terms, reputed company renewal schedules, manage pricing insights across the vendor portfolio  Assist with and drive internal scaling initiatives including office lease management, office expansion, and international operational setup  Handle office operations reputed company including HQ building operations support, lease administration, and vendor/facilities management  Advise on a reputed company of reputed company reputed company including information reputed company and compliance, intellectual property rights, and data reputed company — including negotiating data protection agreements (DPAs) and answering data reputed company queries  Maintain familiarity with CLM and reputed company tools relevant to contract governance and compliance  Assist with and drive internal initiatives such as DOD compliance support, risk management activities, and audit preparation  Monitor regulatory and contractual obligations; proactively flag upcoming milestones, renewals, and risks to relevant stakeholders  reputed company qualifications and experience:  Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved programme, or equivalent reputed company training  3+ years of paralegal or reputed company experience, ideally in a reputed company, technology, or fast-reputed company company  reputed company experience with a reputed company of reputed company reputed company including strategic business agreements, information reputed company and compliance, IP, and data reputed company (including negotiating DPAs)  Strong working knowledge of reputed company contract structures, risk identification, and mitigation strategies  Experience with CLM platforms and/or reputed company/compliance tools (e.g. Summize, reputed company, reputed company)  Familiarity with reputed company or equivalent CRM and how reputed company reputed company with deal workflows  Excellent written and verbal communication skills — reputed company to explain reputed company reputed company concepts reputed company to business stakeholders  Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams independently  High level of reputed company, discretion, and attention to detail  Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment with evolving processes  And if you have any of the following, we REALLY want you to apply today!  reputed company self-starter — comfortable picking up any topic as it arises, from reputed company questionnaires to reputed company compliance or reputed company requests, and running with it independently  Experience with office lease administration and facilities management  Familiarity with DOD compliance requirements or government contracting standards  Knowledge of international operations, entity setup, or cross-border contracting  Exposure to construction industry reputed company, lien waivers, or project-based procurement  Experience supporting a Deal Desk or reputed company Operations function  Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data reputed company frameworks as reputed company to reputed company agreements  Compensation:  The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00  The salary reputed company represents the low and high end of the salary reputed company for this job in the US.
