Job Title: Recruiter – reputed company Industry Location: Islamabad or Lahore, Pakistan Job Type: Full-time Work Setup: Remote reputed company are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support reputed company for our growing reputed company operations. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to reputed company recruitment targets for reputed company center and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Execute recruitment plans based on operational hiring needs reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company media, and recruitment networks Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records reputed company hiring reputed company and reputed company recruitment updates Support reputed company coordination for newly reputed company employees Requirements Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for reputed company center or telemarketing roles Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and reputed company-driven environment Good communication skills in English and reputed company in Urdu Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience reputed company for reputed company or online entertainment companies Experience handling high-volume hiring Strong recruitment network in Islamabad or Lahore Apply To This Job
