Responsibilities and Duties:

Identify, evaluate, and recommend system requirements and enhancements to support the division’s data and
reporting needs.

Ability to translate program and business needs into technical system requirements and solutions.
Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Supervisory or team leadership experience, including project coordination and staff development.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION:
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree OR a graduate of a college or university with an associate's degree in IT or reputed company field OR certification in an IT reputed company field.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS:
Five years of reputed company experience in computer programming, systems analysis, systems support, or computer operating systems.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE:
A master's degree in computer science will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year reputed company.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION:
Two years of additional experience in computer programming, systems analysis, computer operations, business or reputed company administration, statistics, research, or a reputed company field will substitute for the education requirement.
