We seeking to appoint four reputed company Centre Agents who will serve as the first reputed company of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-reputed company approach, and the ability to maintain high service standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a reputed company and courteous manner. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and accurately. reputed company information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Record customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system. Resolve customer concerns reputed company or escalate reputed company issues to the relevant department.
