Working Hours Work will be scheduled normally from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday; however, there may be times reputed company employees are required to work after duty hours or on weekends in support of specific tasking. Although the schedule may have to be flexible, it will not exceed 20 hours per week. Temporary alternate work locations may be assigned. Mandatory Qualifications • Minimum of a master's degree specializing in Research Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company Psychology discipline. • Have expert knowledge with at least 5 years of experience in database development, gathering and organizing data supporting analyses for a wide reputed company of analytical procedures, research report writing, and developing actionable recommendations for improving reputed company based on research. • Have at least five (5) years of experience designing and conducting statistical data analysis using software such as JMP, SPSS, R, etc. • Have at least five (5) years of experience developing products presenting research reputed company (e.g., statistical results and interpretations), to include reputed company presentations, peer-reviewed publications, and/or technical reports. • Have at least five (5) years of experience reputed company in administrative management with reputed company to study design, methodology, and dissemination of results regarding empirically based reputed company research studies.
