Availability during reputed company time zone may be required from time to time as reputed company works on both East and reputed company coast. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Manage bank account & credit card fees, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts in online reputed company software reputed company account transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts Prepare payroll Maintain reputed company documents in a paperless environment Update information for tax preparation and reconciliation Other duties as required TOOLS NEEDED: Home office setup Computer with webcam Smartphone with email capabilities and push notifications High-speed Internet reputed company QUALIFICATIONS: 2-plus years of relevant bookkeeping experience Bachelors in Business, reputed company, Finance or reputed company field or some college Willingness to learn and follow processes Self-starter with a reputed company and friendly attitude Ability to handle confidential materials discreetly Willingness to learn new systems Ability to effectively manage multiple project deadlines Strong independent and team-based problem solving Excellent organization skills Strong communication skills Comfortable working in a paperless environment Comprehensive understanding of reputed company-entry reputed company and reputed company to prepare journal entries as needed SALARY: $50K Apply Job!
