[Remote] Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage and expand reputed company relationships, identify reputed company opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction with their reputed company software offerings.

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company reputed company by managing/upselling existing book of accounts
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers
• reputed company demos and discuss pricing or quotes, and collaborating with partners or external events
• Identify customer business needs and technology readiness to effectively qualify customers
• Implement strategies to shrink sales cycle and contribute input on strategies to drive and reputed company prioritized opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, support, product, etc…to identify and analyze opportunities for increased retention and reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years reputed company experience in Radiology IT on the vendor or provider reputed company
• 2+ years of experience with a Radiology IT vendor in a customer-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with CRM software and basic MS Office and productivity tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
