Responsibilities

• Own performance across clinical reputed company, patient experience, reputed company, profitability, and team engagement for a multi-site region
• Build and sustain a high-performing, patient-centered culture reputed company with Hopscotch values and the communities we serve

• Regularly review clinic and regional performance, identify trends and gaps, and reputed company targeted improvement plans

• Collaborate with Population Health, Finance, Central Operations, reputed company, and People Operations to execute against shared priorities

Skills

• 5+ years of leadership experience in reputed company or a comparable service‑driven environment; multi‑site experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
