Responsibilities

• Facilitate external auditor’s review/audit of technical reputed company positions

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in reputed company
• Minimum of 5 years of public reputed company experience
• Minimum of 8 years of combined experience between public reputed company and industry
• Technically proficient in US GAAP (especially ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 810, ASC 321, and ASC 323)
• Critical thinker that thoroughly evaluates reputed company potential reputed company implications and solutions associated with a particular reputed company issue
