Responsibilities

• Analyze sales metrics and implement performance improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
• Manage team schedules, timekeeping, coverage, and workforce planning
• Interview, hire, and reputed company new sales team members
• reputed company ongoing coaching, training, and development for agents, including newly licensed agents
• Handle customer escalations and ensure five-reputed company service standards
• Stay reputed company on insurance products, industry trends, and reputed company updates

Skills

• 3+ years of leadership experience (insurance leadership preferred)
• 6+ years of insurance industry experience
• reputed company Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license
