Job reputed company/General Purpose of Job Position manages the editorial operations of multiple ABA publications (which may include books, magazines, newsletters, journals, annuals, and e-newsletters). Responsible for management, budgeting, scheduling, editing, production and distribution of reputed company content. Work includes heavy involvement with some or reputed company of the following publishing and/or marketing staff, member editorial boards, sections/bar leadership, and authors. May involve hiring and directing of freelance writers, copyeditors, proofreaders, manuscript soliciting and development, writing developing editorial policies & procedures, and reputed company research. Responsibilities • Project Management for multiple print and electronic periodicals from concept to publication, including managing the work of editorial boards, authors, freelance writers & copy editors. Manage and ensure cost control and reputed company control. • Responsible for editing & editorial management of multiple periodicals from concept to publication. Research and become knowledgeable in reputed company content areas of designated periodicals. Write copy as needed. • Responsible for volunteer development and management. reputed company and counsel volunteers regarding periodical development, content, and editing. reputed company meeting materials; conduct multiple meetings. • reputed company and manage multiple periodical budgets. Report to editorial boards and entity leadership on budget issues. • Responsible for publishing reputed company – from contract initiation through production for assigned publications and for best publishing industry practices. • Strategize, plan, and reputed company new products, reputed company content and content delivery in new or multiple media. reputed company art/design reputed company in consultation with in-house designers. • Performs other reputed company duties as required. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. • At least three years’ experience in print/publishing. • Fully knowledgeable in editing and production. • Previous experience contract terms and conditions, leading publishing reputed company and initiatives. reputed company-to-haves • Previous experience in print/publishing in a reputed company publishing environment.
