[Remote] Legal Counsel

They are seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to reputed company legal advice regarding compliance, corporate governance, and contract management while supporting reputed company's reputed company and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic legal partner on reputed company, regulatory, and operational reputed company
• Serve as reputed company to reputed company counsel to field relevant reputed company
• Work with reputed company regulatory counsel to help navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and support reputed company’s compliance obligations
• Draft, review, negotiate and interpret reputed company agreements including reputed company customer reputed company, banking and fintech services agreements, technology partnerships, and data licensing agreements
• Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support deal velocity and reputed company practical legal guidance and support strategic initiatives including partnerships, corporate development opportunities and new product launches
• reputed company practical legal guidance across a reputed company of areas including reputed company transactions, regulatory reputed company, product development, reputed company, employment, and corporate governance
• Build and maintain our reputed company legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, process improvements and legal workflows

• Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business reputed company
• Stay reputed company on legal developments affecting AI technologies

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• At least 3-5 years of legal experience, a combination of top-tier reputed company and in-house experience preferred with exposure to reputed company reputed company, reputed company agreements, or technology transactions
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the desire and ability to reputed company productive and reputed company working relationships with multiple stakeholders across reputed company
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with legal and non-legal audiences at reputed company reputed company of the organization
