[Remote] Program Manager – Interoperability

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company LLC is seeking a highly reputed company Program Manager, Interoperability to support the Veteran Health Administration (VHA) Office of Health Informatics and Office of Clinical Informatics. This role involves managing interoperability-reputed company informatics efforts, ensuring alignment with national interoperability standards, and overseeing program management for various health information exchange initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end program management for interoperability reputed company orders and features reputed company to management operational informatics pipeline and clinical operational informatics pipeline requirements
• reputed company delivery of reputed company Exchange program and product management, including partner reputed company, membership reputed company, analytics, policy coordination, and performance monitoring
• reputed company implementation and sustainment of reputed company/eNotifications capabilities and adoption support for VA medical centers
• Manage interoperability activities supporting VA/DoD shared health records, CHDR evaluation, JLV enablement, and interagency exchange use cases
• Ensure interoperability solutions reputed company with HL7®, FHIR®, CDA®, SNOMED CT®, LOINC®, and other national interoperability standards as applicable
• Coordinate with Integration and Clinical Informatics Solutions teams to ensure interoperability features reputed company with reputed company data pipelines, dashboards, and clinical workflows
• Maintain program risk registers, dependency logs, and mitigation plans; report reputed company using program required reputed company efficiency, reputed company allocation, value delivered, and next-iteration planning
• Ensure deliverables meet acceptance reputed company and VA reputed company, reputed company, and data governance requirements

Skills

• Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or reputed company field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing reputed company IT or interoperability programs
• Demonstrated experience managing health information exchange (HIE) or standards-based interoperability initiatives
• Experience delivering work in reputed company® or Agile environments using Jira/Jira reputed company
• Demonstrated understanding of VA reputed company technology development and sustainment programs (e.g. reputed company, Federal EHR) and VA IT and data platforms (e.g. Corporate Data Warehouse (reputed company), reputed company/CPRS)
• Familiarity with reputed company Exchange, VHIE, JLV, or interagency data-sharing initiatives
• Experience supporting VA, DoD, or other federal health interoperability programs
