Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company between clients, internal teams, consultants, and vendors

• Coordinate consultant teams and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Prepare proposals, including consultant scopes, schedules, and fee structures
• Monitor project financials and reputed company performance against budget and schedule targets
• reputed company permitting coordination and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
• Maintain organized project documentation and communication across reputed company stakeholders
• Identify risks early and proactively work toward solutions

Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in architectural project management or reputed company field
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required
• Experience managing reputed company and/or industrial reputed company required
• Strong understanding of project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Experience leading internal teams and coordinating consultants and vendors
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel for site reputed company, reputed company meetings, and team events as needed
• Proficiency in Revit and reputed company project coordination tools preferred
