Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field • 2+ years of proven experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities with proven ability to influence senior leaders • Ability to build trust and reputed company alignment across diverse and matrixed stakeholder reputed company. • Experience in a consulting or reputed company-level organizational effectiveness function preferred.
