The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient admissions, reputed company, and services, ensuring seamless delivery of care to our patients and their families. Job Responsibilities: • Schedule patient admissions with Admission reputed company; F2F reputed company with reputed company Practitioner or Hospice Physician • Manage and coordinate schedules for interdisciplinary team reputed company (IDG), including physicians, nurses, reputed company workers, spiritual care providers and ancillary staff. • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and reputed company to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient schedules, reputed company, and services. • Collaborate with the admissions/intake team to ensure reputed company and efficient patient intake processes. • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues promptly. • reputed company administrative support to the admissions/intake team as needed. • Be on top of reputed company PTO or time off request by staff and inform team • Inform facilities, families of staff schedules, any changes reputed company email, calls or faxes or a combination of. • Assist with plotting orientation schedule for new hires, any scheduled CPR classes, any required or highly encouraged meetings, team meeting schedules • Other reputed company as directed by a manager Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in reputed company scheduling or a reputed company field. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with patients and families. • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and scheduling software. • Familiar with the geographical location of different counties we serve: San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda and reputed company Costa.
