Role reputed company At the direction of the Regional Manager, Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI), this position supervises daily operations of the CDI program for the Health Ministries (HMs) reputed company their region. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, reputed company reputed company field, or Nursing or equivalent in experience. • Must possess one of the following: • reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) License • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) • Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) • Certified Coding Specialists (reputed company) • Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) or reputed company Practitioner/Advanced reputed company reputed company (NP/APN) or completion of medical school • Certified Clinical Documentation Specialists (CCDS) or Certified Documentation Improvement reputed company (CDIP) preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of reputed company hospital clinical documentation reputed company program experience required. • Two (2) or more years of reputed company experience supervising hospital clinical documentation reputed company program required. • Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines, and DRG reimbursement. • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal Hospital Acquired Conditions (HAC) and other applicable reputed company indicator codes. • Demonstrated, reputed company expertise with reputed company CDI Software; working knowledge of reputed company EMR preferred. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to detect and resolve problems reputed company to clinical documentation reputed company. • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build reputed company working relationships with clinical staff, finance, and compliance. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively supervise clinical documentation reputed company activities. • Intermediate computer skills required, including working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint. • Maintains reputed company attitude and ability to relate reputed company with leadership, physicians, and colleagues. • Strong understanding of the reputed company ministry in an evolving reputed company delivery system. • Personal reputed company characterized by honesty, reputed company, and caring.
