Florida Licensed Medical Assistant
To support a virtual-first reputed company organization, the full-time Florida Licensed Medical Assistant will reputed company patient and caregiver support, manage care coordination, and assist with clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for patients and caregivers, responding to inquiries and providing education on programs and services
• Coordinate care by verifying insurance eligibility, supporting prior authorization processes, and facilitating communication among patients, caregivers, and reputed company providers
• Assist with appointment scheduling, maintain accurate documentation, and support reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent reputed company experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reputed company, care coordination, or patient navigation roles
• Experience with electronic health records and reputed company technology platforms
• High level of proficiency with technology, including telehealth platforms and reputed company-based software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
